03 - Hortense Pin-Drafted Roving

OVERVIEW

This roving comes from a single sheep, a Cormo x Corriedale ewe (Hortense of French Drain) at Dresow Family Farm. With a name like that, it's no wonder her fleece is truly spectacular. With a low micron count and 4"+ staple length, her fleece is a true joy to spin. The fleece is a warm, mid-toned grey with gentle heathering throughout.
