We do not accept returns on any orders and ask that you read all product descriptions carefully. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, please reach out and we will make it right! 

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph the products in our store. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from what's shown on your screen, and that all hand-processed wool may contain small pieces of VM or texture.
